👋 Introducing Amy Shoenthal
Amy is a New York City-based marketing executive and journalist whose work focuses on small business owners and entrepreneurs shaping society. As a regular contributor to Forbes Women, Amy has interviewed hundreds of founders and leaders over the years, from senators like Mazie Hirono to fashion icons like Norma Kamali and Tory Burch, lifestyle experts like Marie Kondo to fitness instructors like Robin Arzón and Kendall Toole.
Amy’s overall mission is to tell the stories of founders, business owners, leaders, brands and organisations who are committed to making a positive impact on the communities they serve.
She has worked in social media marketing since that was even a thing, on some of the world's largest brands from Procter & Gamble to Google. Amy has spent most of her time over the past six years working with the Google for Small Business team, focusing on helping small businesses build their digital presence.
A fierce advocate for the advancement of women worldwide, Amy is an advisor to several non-profits including She's the First and The Adventure Project.
