She is on a mission to support leaders and workers everywhere to create workplaces that are safe and respectful, and fun and focussed, all at the same time.
As a Partner at KPMG for over 14 years, Sally was the National Lead of KPMG’s Culture, Diversity & Inclusion practice, the Melbourne People and Change Lead, and a Partner in KPMG’s Defence & National Security team.
She specialises in cultural transformation and leadership development, and alignment. She has advised Boards and Executive teams on how to build the right culture and how to prevent and respond to cultural challenges.
Tova brings to the Sisterhood Social a wealth of experience, having worked for 10 years across People Operations at Google, overseeing compensation, employee engagement, and leading teams of recruiters who have hired over 2000 people. She is now the Founder of Series Build, helping Australian startups hire the best talent and bring more diversity and representation into their teams.
Christina Storey brings over two decades of experience in HR, recruitment, and leadership to the Sisterhood Social. After 20 years leading people strategies across major Australian organisations, Christina founded Her Career Coach — a coaching practice turned movement empowering women to navigate career change, rebuild confidence, and step into authentic leadership. Through her signature Her Career Journey framework, she helps women move from crossroads to clarity, blending mindset transformation with practical career strategy. Christina’s work has supported hundreds of women to redefine success, elevate their confidence, and lead careers aligned with who they are — not just what they do.
